Return & Refund Policy – All Sales Final

All sales made by Kenaz Sim Sports are final.
We do not offer refunds on any products or services, including:

  • Simulator bookings
  • Memberships
  • Coaching sessions
  • Gift cards
  • Group or private events
  • Special events or leagues
  • Merchandise (unless defective)

By making a purchase or booking, you acknowledge and accept this No-Refund policy.


Rescheduling Policy

Bookings may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, based on availability.
No-shows or same-day cancellations cannot be rescheduled and will not receive credit.


Defective Merchandise

Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item within 7 days of purchase.

Requirements:

  • Original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Exchange only — no refunds

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Not redeemable for cash.
  • Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

Memberships

All membership sales are final.

  • No refunds, credits, or pauses.
  • Upgrades may be allowed at management discretion, but refunds (including prorated) are not offered.

Events & Group Bookings

Payments and deposits for private events, group sessions, leagues, and special events are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be permitted with 7 days’ notice if availability allows.
